Supplemental Bylaw 6-10 governs the process for nominating members of the Blue Mountain Power Co-op for election to the office of director. It also establishes eligibility criteria for directors. Amendments to Supplemental Bylaw 6-10 are to be voted on at this meeting. The proposed amendments are intended to update and clarify the relevant requirements and processes related to director eligibility and nominations, and to improve the overall effectiveness of Supplemental Bylaw 6-10.
